Social and Emotional Learning

Our free Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) programs help students build self-awareness, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.

For children in PreK–2nd grade, we use Slumberkins® characters to teach emotional regulation in a playful, story-based format. For upper elementary and middle school students, our programs address stress, relationships, and managing big emotions.

We also offer Start With Hello by Sandy Hook Promise, a powerful SEL program that teaches students how to recognize social isolation, reach out to others, and create a culture of kindness and belonging. All programs are school-based, age-appropriate, and delivered by a trained program coordinator.
