Parenting Workshops

Our free Parenting Workshops equip community members with essential tools to keep children safe and supported. Workshops are available in-person or virtually and can be scheduled for schools, churches, daycares, and community groups.

• Shaken Baby Syndrome Prevention – Teaches safe responses to infant crying and explains the serious dangers of shaking a baby.
   

• Safe Infant Sleep Education – Covers the latest recommendations for reducing the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and creating a safe sleep environment.
   

• App Academy – A free, online series that teaches parents how today’s most popular apps work and how to protect their children while using them. Our current series is underway for June, July and August 2025.

All workshops are available at no cost and can be scheduled for schools, churches, daycares, and other community organizations. These can be hosted in schools, libraries, churches, community centers, or virtually.
